What is Muazu Africa?
Africa’s rural economies generate billions in agricultural production every year, yet much of that value is captured elsewhere. Producers earn only a small share of final market value, women face barriers to land and finance, and rural enterprises operate with weak market intelligence and limited investment.

We’re mapping who really holds, works and decides over rural land — the first step toward a tokenized customary land survey and Community Land Trust pathways that let women move from use rights to ownership, under Nigeria’s Land Use Act 1978.
Urban land is treated as far more bankable than rural land, even though rural land drives most of Nigeria’s agricultural output. Clearer land rights mean cheaper, more available financing.
