1. Geographic Representation
Minimum 2 enterprises from each of Nigeria’s 6 geopolitical zones to ensure national coverage.
2. Value Retention Potential
Clear pathway to increase local value capture by at least 40% through the program.
3. Team Capacity
Founding team with minimum 6 months operational history and community embeddedness.
4. Scalability Readiness
Business model with potential to serve at least 1,000 households within 18 months.
