Tolulope Makinwa is a social entrepreneur who founded Muazu Africa in 2022, a startup designed to support social enterprises working to alleviate the living and working conditions of the underserved communities in Africa. She believes that in Africa where millions of young people are excluded from basic amenities, social entrepreneurship charts a path to self-sufficiency by strengthening all the elements that help improve access to work and economic growth. Therefore, her commitment to developing Africa’s Social Economy by creating market and impact opportunities, inclusive of the base of the pyramid population, remain unwavering.

Ayobami Akinyode Olunloyo is an accomplished performance-driven professional with 20 years experience. Adept at business operations planning, corporate strategy and digital transformations, he is an out-of-the-box thinker skilled in devising and implementing operational improvement plans geared toward cost cutting while maximizing efficiency. With a repeated success in building and leading large teams to align business outcomes with continued customer satisfaction, Ayobami voluntarily serves as a member of the board of advisors.

Amede Achingale is a retired banker with over 28 years experience; holds a Bachelor of Science and MBA degrees from Boston College Massachusetts, USA and Manchester Business School, UK respectively. Amede provides strategic direction to Bosaz Foods, which she has successfully grown from zero to eight-digit annual turnover in 3 years. Amede is known to be very effective in crowd-funding and grants winning for women empowerment projects.
